Project Description

In RMIT's User Interface course, I worked on a human-centered design project for a banking app called WalleyBank. The challenge: The app needed an interface to help users set up savings accounts for both small (e.g., knockoff Temu sunglasses) and large purchases (e.g., billion-dollar Toorak home deposits). The approach: I applied digital accessibility principles to design a streamlined user flow and component library, focusing on micro-interactions for a seamless, engaging experience. Using research and UI stacks, I developed mid and high-fidelity prototypes and integrated user feedback throughout the process. The result: A quirky yet functional banking app that filled
a market gap as an aesthetic disruptor, met user needs, and helped automate savings.
