Project Description
Zara’s website was a navigation nightmare for users, with fashion enthusiasts ready to pull their hair out. The challenge: Reimagine the user flow to make shopping for a specific item, like jeans, a little less soul-crushing. The approach: I conducted desk research and user interviews to identify pain points, created user flows to map key actions, and developed paper prototypes to test solutions. Through iterative usability testing, I refined the design based on real user feedback. The result: A smoother, more intuitive site that made navigation feel like a breeze and reduced user frustration. This project improved my problem-solving skills and reinforced how a solid research foundation can save a design from going off the rails.
